Booking & Client Commitment Policy

Welcome
This Booking & Commitment Policy outlines the expectations and timeframes for using any program or 1:1 service offered through Fearless Birthing, delivered by Blossoming Limited. It helps us ensure that your healing journey is held with integrity, and that our time, energy, and resources are used respectfully and effectively.
Key Booking Timeframes
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Kickoff session must be booked within 14 days of purchase.
- All included sessions must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase.
- The entire program must be completed within 6 months of purchase.
These policies apply to all programs, whether 1, 2, 3, or 4 months in duration, unless an alternate schedule has been agreed in writing.
Why This Matters
When you sign up for a program, you’re not just paying for live sessions. You’re securing:
- A tailored healing plan based on your intake and needs
- Personal preparation and behind-the-scenes practitioner work
- A limited client spot in an energetic container
- Access to digital resources and tools
- Ongoing space-holding and support over the agreed timeframe
Even if you delay booking, this work is still active for you – energetically and practically.
Booking Your Sessions
- You are responsible for booking your sessions within the timelines above.
- If sessions remain unbooked past 30 days, your practitioner may follow up, but is not obliged to chase.
- Sessions not booked in time may be forfeited without refund.
Flexibility & Extensions
We understand life happens – holidays, illness, and emotional resistance are real. If you need extra time:
- Please communicate early (ideally within the first 2 weeks)
- Extensions may be granted on a case-by-case basis, but must be agreed in writing
- We’re flexible – but we also need to maintain flow and availability for others
No-Shows & Cancellations
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.
- No-shows without communication will be treated the same.
- Repeated rescheduling may result in a pause or review of your program timeline.
Refund Policy Reminder
As per our Terms & Conditions, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for unused, unbooked, or partially completed programs in accordance with our Refund Policy.
This is because your spot has been held, preparation has taken place, and digital materials may have been delivered.
Communication Is Key
