Refund and Returns Policy

1. Digital Products (MP3s, PDFs, Clearance Packs)

All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of instant downloads and digital delivery, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

If you have made an error during purchase or checked out unintentionally, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. If your download has not yet been accessed, we may offer a goodwill refund or exchange at our discretion.

2. Online Self-Study Programmes

Our self-study courses are designed to deliver immediate access to powerful healing tools and activations. Refund eligibility depends on pricing and delivery:

  • Full-price purchases: A 30-day refund window applies for selected programmes (e.g. Clear Your Head Trash), provided that no more than 20% of the course has been accessed.

  • Discounted or promotional purchases: All sales are final, with a 24-hour refund window if no content has been accessed.

⚠️ We reserve the right to deny refund requests if course content has been significantly accessed or downloaded.

No refunds are available for:

  • The Clearance Club

  • Fearless Birthing Online Course

  • Healing activations

  • MP3 bundles

  • Pre-recorded workshops or masterclasses

3. Private 1:1 & Group Programmes (Including Fearless Birthing)

All sales are final. No refunds are available for coaching, group programmes, or personalised healing plans, including:

  • 14-Day Healing Experience

  • Childhood Wounds Healing Program

  • Fearless Birthing Group Programmes

  • Practitioner Training

  • Private 1:1 Coaching or Healing Sessions

This is due to the significant amount of preparation, energy-holding, and digital content delivered as part of these offers.

By enrolling, you commit to the healing process and acknowledge that not booking sessions does not entitle you to a refund.

If you anticipate needing flexibility, please contact us in advance to discuss your situation.

4. Booking, Commitment & Access

All session-based programs have a booking policy in place. Sessions must be booked and used within the agreed timeline (usually 1–6 months depending on the programme).

Failure to book or attend sessions within this window does not qualify for a refund or credit.
