Fearless Birthing Practitioner
A 4-month training for doulas, midwives, prenatal yoga teachers, hypnobirthing practitioners, antenatal educators and childbirth educators.
You’re already with these women. In antenatal appointments. In hypnobirthing classes. In birth-prep packages. At the labour itself.
You hear the fear come up. You know there’s more going on underneath the surface comment. And now you can have a tool that actually clears it – one you can use in the time you already have together.
This training gives you that tool. The Head Trash Clearance method, applied reactively – in the moment, in your existing sessions, in the flow of the work you already do.

If any of that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.
Birth-worker training is brilliant at what it covers. Comfort measures. Positioning. Physiological birth. Continuity of care. Advocacy. Calming techniques. Hypnobirthing scripts. Antenatal education.
This training adds the piece that sits alongside all of that: a structured fear-clearance method you can use in the moment a client raises a fear with you.
The Head Trash Clearance method is a fear-clearance technique that works quickly, works at the root, and integrates into the sessions you’re already running. In four months, you’ll be trained to use it with clients across the full perinatal journey – women trying to conceive, women in pregnancy, women preparing for birth.
You’ll also learn how to apply this work to birth preparation specifically – preparing clients emotionally and mentally for whatever their birth day brings – and how to create digital products out of it that can run alongside your live work and bring in revenue when you’re not in session.
This is reactive fear clearance – specific, applied, time-defined work within your existing professional scope. And it’s a method that works across formats: 1-on-1, group, remote, packaged, productised. You decide how to deliver it.
This training is built on Head Trash Clearance (HTC) – a fast, non-invasive, trauma-aware method that works at the subconscious level. It’s the technique Alexia developed to clear her own tokophobia, and it’s what you’ll learn to use with clients across the perinatal journey.
HTC pairs well with what you already do – hypnobirthing, doula-style support, antenatal education, breathwork, prenatal yoga. It adds a layer your existing tools can’t reach: the deeper fears that don’t shift with reframing or conversation alone.
You’ll learn the full method on yourself first in months 1–2, then apply it to client work in the Fearless Birthing Practitioner Training that follows.
Read more about the Fearless Birthing approachMost birth preparation focuses on the ideal birth – the breathing technique, the position rotation, the hypnobirthing track, the birth plan. And all of it assumes the ideal birth is the one that’s going to happen.
This training prepares you to help clients build genuine emotional readiness for whatever their birth day brings. The desired birth, the next-best alternative, and the scenario they most fear. Not just the ideal – all of it.
That’s the difference between a client who has the inner resources to meet the day as it actually arrives, and a client who prepared for one version and gets another.
This kind of emotional preparation work sits naturally alongside the practical birth preparation you already provide. It deepens the work you do. And it gives your clients something most birth-prep programmes don’t – genuine inner readiness.
HTC opens up ways of working that go well beyond live 1-on-1 sessions.
Fear clearance audio tracks – once you know the method, you can record clearance tracks for specific fears (tearing, intervention, separation, pain, control, exposure) that clients use between sessions or work through standalone. Bundle them into your packages. Sell them as digital products. The recording cost is one-off; the revenue is ongoing.
Group clearance sessions – the method works in group format. You can run sessions for groups of 6, 12, 30+ pregnant women clearing the same shared fear at once. Live or on Zoom. One session, many women served.
Remote and phone work – HTC works equally well over Zoom and on the phone. Pre-recorded tracks work too. You can support clients anywhere – particularly relevant if you’re working with women in remote areas or where local provision is limited.
Bundling into existing packages – a doula support package becomes more valuable when it includes fear clearance. A hypnobirthing course becomes a more complete preparation programme. A prenatal yoga offering gains a new dimension when it can address what’s underneath the physical tension.
You don’t need to be a marketer to use this stuff. The method itself does the work. The recordings, the group sessions, the bundles – they’re all natural extensions of the technique you’ll already be using in live sessions.
Two phases. Both required.
The work you do on yourself first.
You apply the Head Trash Clearance method to your own emotional material. Bi-weekly live training calls with Alexia. Live group support throughout.
Why this matters for birth workers specifically: You’ve witnessed births. You’ve witnessed losses. You’ve sat with women through some of the hardest moments of their lives. Some of that has lodged in you. You carry it home in ways you don’t fully see.
This phase surfaces it and clears it – so it doesn’t unconsciously shape your client work. So you stop bringing the previous birth’s residue into this birth’s room.
You’ll also learn what it feels like to shift stuff. When you tell a client “yes, this can clear; yes, it can happen this fast,” you’re saying it from firsthand experience.
Minimum of 20 clearances completed during the two months. This is the threshold – evidence that you can actually run the technique fluently, not just understand it.
The work with clients begins.
Two months of bi-weekly training calls focused on reactive client application:
Best if you’re a birth worker integrating fear clearance into the sessions you already run.
Best if you’re delivering structured multi-session programmes around fear, anxiety, or RAD work.
Reactive clearance and structured programme work are different professional skills for different working contexts. Choose by what you actually do with clients.
If you’re working with women hour by hour, session by session, birth by birth – integrating fear clearance into the work you already do – you want this training. If you’re designing structured multi-month programmes or working with women on their emotional material over several months – you want FB Professional.
Learn more about FB ProfessionalThe thing nobody tells you when you start birth work: you carry the difficult births home with you. The losses. The emergencies. The traumatic ones. The slow stalls that turned into something else. The mother who looked at you in the moment everything changed.
It lodges. Most birth workers know exactly which births they’re still carrying.
HTC is self-led – meaning once you learn it, you can use it on yourself. The method is structured so the technique works whether you’re delivering it to a client or running it on yourself. After Level 1, you have a tool you can use for the rest of your working life.
For midwives, doulas, prenatal yoga teachers, hypnobirthing practitioners – anyone who witnesses births professionally – this is the part most training never gives you. A way to process what you witness without carrying it. Without it accumulating into the slow erosion that eventually drives people out of the work.
You’ll find yourself doing clearances on difficult shifts. On clients you couldn’t reach. On the births that didn’t go the way you’d wanted them to. And the residue clears. You stop carrying it.
This isn’t theoretical wellness language. It’s structural. The method maintains you, in real time, with the same tool you’re delivering to clients.
The Fearless Birthing Practitioner training sits at Level 1.5 in the broader Head Trash Clearance system. That’s a specific position: it builds on the Level 1 personal foundation you complete in months 1–2, and adds the perinatal application layer for your kind of practice. You’re getting exactly what you need for the work you do – and there’s no reason to pay more than that.
If your practice grows and you want to go further, two routes are open to you. Within a year of completing, you can upgrade to FB Professional (adds the Level 2 Advanced training and Perinatal Inner Readiness Blueprint package) while the content is still fresh. Or you can convert to HTC Practitioner if your work expands beyond perinatal contexts. Both routes credit the work you’ve already done.
You’re working with women who carry a lot. Some of them have birth trauma from a previous experience. Some have intergenerational fear they don’t know they’re carrying. Some are processing recent miscarriage or loss. Some are facing pregnancy after years of fertility struggle.
The method matters. Specifically, how it holds clients who carry trauma alongside their presenting fears.

You’ll learn how to:
Important scope note: this training covers reactive fear clearance – clearing specific fears as they arise. For deeper structured work in perinatal contexts, the FB Professional training is the right route. For trauma-specific specialist training, separate modules open after Level 2.

I could feel changes happening in myself as well as witnessing a softening, an objectivity, neutrality replace concerns and inner conflict, in the space of one short session. Head Trash Clearance has vast potential as a life-changing method.
I couldn’t get my head around what was actually going on at first. It seemed too simple. Then I did it, and the pieces fell together. This is the easiest, quickest, and most potent method I have ever seen. And it really works.
I’m trained in NLP, Hypnosis, EMDR, EFT, TLT – none of them produced the results I’m getting with Head Trash. HTC is the Carlsberg of therapy; probably the best in the world!
Each cohort runs together – the bi-weekly live training calls require a defined group moving through the work as one. Next cohort: summer 2026.
