For birth workers, therapists, mental health professionals and healthcare practitioners.
Whether you encounter perinatal fear in the flow of your existing work, deliver structured healing programmes across months, or simply need to better understand the women in your care – there’s a Fearless Birthing training built for how you work with your clients.
Fearless Birthing Methodology Training
There are two pathways depending on how you work. Both train you in the Fearless Birthing methodology – the Head Trash Clearance method applied to perinatal fear, anxiety and tokophobia.
Clearing fears and anxiety in the moment, in response to what the person in front of you is saying right now. A doula hearing her client express terror about tearing during a birth-prep session. A midwife in an antenatal appointment when a long-buried fear surfaces. A hypnobirthing teacher whose client breaks down in the middle of a class.
This is in-the-moment, in-session, in-context work. You’re not designing a structured programme of fear clearance. You’re integrating a clearance technique into the work you already do.
For midwives, doulas, birth workers
Delivering structured, multi-session healing and coaching programmes that unfold across months. A therapist whose client presents with tokophobia and perinatal anxiety needing a coherent eight-week engagement. A perinatal counsellor mapping the internal architecture, identifying priorities, sequencing the work. A pregnancy coach designing a programme of fear clearance and limiting-belief work over twelve weeks.
This is therapeutic-grade work. You’re holding a long engagement, mapping the terrain, designing the path, walking it with the client.
For therapists, perinatal professionals, and birth coaches
Two different skills. Two different working contexts. Two different trainings.
Most birth workers need to integrate clearance into their antenatal sessions or live birth support. Most therapists and coaches work in a structured manner over a long period of time.
Choose the pathway that reflects how you work with clients.
What Makes This Training Different
Every Fearless Birthing pathway begins with a significant period of personal healing work – clearing your own fears and anxieties under Alexia’s direct guidance. This isn’t optional prep. It’s the foundation.
People who’ve done this work have ditched long-standing anxiety, healed their relationship with their mother, found joy in their work again, and pulled back from the brink of burnout. Twenty clearances under precision guidance – at a fraction of the cost of 1:1 work – can shift you into a completely different emotional place.
No other training in this space offers this. You’re not just learning a skill to use with clients. You’re getting the chance to do profound personal work that will strengthen you for the demanding work ahead.
If you’re still uncertain, the underlying question is what do you do with clients? The pathway follows the work.
The first two months of either pathway is the same: Head Trash Clearance Level One training in a group setting. Two months of bi-weekly live training calls with Alexia, learning to apply the method to your own emotional material first.
Why personal work first: before you do this work with clients, you do it on yourself. There’s no version of this training that lets you skip Level One – because the integrity of the work depends on you having done it.
You’ll learn what it feels like to shift stuff. When you tell a client “yes, this works; yes, your fear can clear; yes, it can happen this fast,” you’re saying it from firsthand experience. That’s the kind of integrity that lands with clients in a way nothing else does.
But it’s not just about integrity. It’s about you.
A minimum of 20 clearances under Alexia’s precision guidance – but you can go far beyond that during these two months. She’ll direct you to the clearances you actually need, not random ones you’d pick yourself. This is the kind of personal work that costs significantly more in a 1:1 setting.
And it gives you something no other training does: a first line of defence for your own mental and emotional health. After a difficult birth, a draining client, or a week that pushed you to the edge – you’ll have a tool you can use on yourself, immediately, without booking a session or paying for outside support. That’s protection from burnout, built into the training.
During the practitioner or professional training you’ll do more clearances by buddying up with cohort members. By the time you complete either pathway, you’ll have 40–50 clearances under your belt. That depth of practice is what makes the certification meaningful.
Both Fearless Birthing trainings fit inside the bigger Head Trash Clearance training ecosystem. This is good to know if your work expands beyond perinatal later.
Fearless Birthing Practitioner sits at Level 1.5 – partway between Level One (personal use) and Level Two (full therapeutic-grade training). We’re giving you exactly what you need for the work you do, and there’s no reason to pay more than you need.
Fearless Birthing Professional is on par with the Head Trash Clearance Practitioner Training. You’re getting the same core content with the perinatal application layer and the Perinatal Inner Readiness Blueprint package added.
If you want to work beyond the perinatal population later, both Fearless Birthing certifications can convert to the Head Trash Clearance equivalent.
Conversion details and pricing are available when you’re ready – ask during your training or at certification. The point: you’re not locked into perinatal. There’s a defined path beyond it.
Awareness Training
Women with tokophobia and reproductive anxiety are already coming to you – presenting with symptoms you may be reading as something else entirely. This training helps you recognise what you’re seeing, so you can support them properly.
For any healthcare professional – doctors, nurses, therapists, doulas, midwives, counsellors, coaches – who wants to better understand how women are affected by reproductive anxiety, whether or not they work in perinatal contexts.
You’ll learn:
This is an awareness training about a very specific anxiety pattern that affects women across the whole of their reproductive lives – and that most practitioners encounter regularly without recognising it. It does not train you in the Head Trash Clearance method or qualify you to deliver fear clearance. For that, you need the Fearless Birthing Practitioner or Professional training.
If you train as a Fearless Birthing Practitioner and later realise the programmatic work is something you want to add, the upgrade path is open.
Practitioner → Professional upgrade: available within a year of completion. You pay the difference between the two trainings. Adds the Professional training months, Perinatal Inner Readiness Blueprint training, and Blueprint Bundle.
The window exists because the content needs to be fresh in your mind – upgrading years later means relearning rather than building on what you’ve just done. Get in touch when you’re ready and we’ll arrange the upgrade pricing.
Beyond either certification, modular trainings let you deepen your practice in the direction your work takes you.
Open to any practitioner – no prerequisites. Take them whenever they’re useful for your work.

Practical training in using the Perinatal Inner Readiness Blueprint with clients. Included in FB Professional training. Available standalone for FB Practitioner graduates.
These build on Level Two competency and require completion of either FB Professional or HTC Practitioner first.
Wound-healing work specific to the perinatal journey. Targets conception, in-utero experience, inherited trauma around birth, and pre-verbal material.
Broader emotional trauma and wound healing applications of the HTC method, using the Absolute Healing process.
Coaching applications of the HTC method, including the GROW-UP model and Self-Sabotage Clearance Protocol.
Deeper clearance technique work for edge cases and complex client material.
Both pathways train you in Head Trash Clearance – a non-invasive, trauma-aware, method-driven approach that works at the subconscious level and integrates with whatever modality you already practise. Read more about the Fearless Birthing approach →
When you train with Fearless Birthing, you’re stepping into a cohesive support system built over 16 years. The point: you can spend your time being a fantastic practitioner and less time creating things behind the scenes – because we’ve already built them.
You’re joining an established body of work. Everything you need to support your clients – before, during, and after your sessions – is already here.
You can pay in full and save, or spread your payments for a small admin fee to make the training accessible while you get started. Full details and pricing in GBP, USD, and EUR are on the individual training pages.
Current pricing held for this cohort – prices increase from the following cohort. If pricing factors into your decision, this is the cohort to enrol in.
Certification is held until full payment clears AND assessment passes. Pay-in-full enrolees receive their certification at assessment completion. Split-pay enrolees receive their certification when their final payment clears.
7-day cooling-off period – full refund available within 7 days of enrolment, provided no live training has been attended and no significant module access has occurred.
The skill you’re learning, the audience you serve, and the way you’ll work with clients. Practitioner trains you in reactive fear clearance for use in the flow of birth-work practice (doulas, midwives, hypnobirthing pros, antenatal educators). Professional trains you in programmatic fear clearance for structured multi-session healing and coaching programmes (therapists, counsellors, pregnancy and birth coaches, perinatal mental health pros). These are parallel trainings for two different ways of working.
Yes – the training is explicitly designed for coaches as well as therapists and counsellors. The Professional content assumes you’re delivering structured multi-session programmes, not operating at regulated-therapy scope specifically. Pregnancy coaches, birth coaches, therapeutic coaches, and mental health professionals all fit. The defining question is whether your work centres on structured programmes you design and deliver.
The Awareness Training (£495) is about helping you to better understand these conditions – how to spot tokophobia and reproductive anxiety, how it impacts women’s lives, when to refer. It does not train you in the Head Trash Clearance method or qualify you to deliver fear clearance with clients. It is not about delivering therapeutic-grade work. For that, you need Fearless Birthing Practitioner or Professional. Many practitioners take the Awareness Training first as a stepping stone – or as standalone professional development.
Specialist trainings (Tokophobia & RAD Awareness, Perinatal Inner Readiness Blueprint Training) are open to any practitioner at any time – no prerequisites required. Level Three training (Perinatal Imprint Healing, Wound Healing, Head Trash Coaching, Advanced Head Trash Clearance) builds on Level Two competency and requires completion of either FB Professional or HTC Practitioner first.
Two routes. Within a year of Practitioner completion, you can upgrade to Professional (pays the difference) – while the content is still fresh. Alternatively, you can convert to the Head Trash Clearance Practitioner certification at a discounted rate – because the training you’ve completed covers some of the foundational content. Many practitioners start with the Practitioner pathway to get working with clients quickly, then expand as their practice develops.
Both trainings run on the same cohort calendar.
Fearless Birthing Practitioner (4 months): Head Trash Clearance Level One starts late June / early July 2026. The Practitioner training follows, completing across summer and early autumn 2026.
Fearless Birthing Professional (8 months): Head Trash Clearance Level One starts late June / early July 2026; the Professional training starts September 2026 and runs through March 2027.
Current pricing held for this cohort. To be notified when enrolment opens, register interest via the intake list on either training page.
Plus: Tokophobia & RAD Awareness Training (£495) for any healthcare professional.
