TOKOPHOBIA SUPPORT CIRCLE

A space to be held while you work it out

A small monthly community for women living with the fear of pregnancy and birth. Somewhere to think it through, be heard, and find your own way forward — at your own pace, with no pressure to do anything you’re not ready for.

Join the free community

Free to join, on Skool. Once you’re inside, you can upgrade to the paid Circle ($29/month) whenever it feels right.

Not a course. A community.

Most things you’ll find for tokophobia want to fix you, and fast. This isn’t that. The Circle isn’t a pile of resources to work through — it’s a place to be, among women who understand exactly what you’re carrying. The value is the people, and the conversation. That’s the whole point.

For the thinking-it-through stage

Tokophobia is often carried quietly, for years, while big decisions sit unspoken underneath — about your relationship, whether and when to have children, your career, and how on earth you’d even begin. The Circle is built for that stage: considering, making sense of it, working out what it means for your life.

This is for you if…

  • You’re scared of pregnancy or birth and not sure what to do with it
  • You’ve carried it silently and want to talk to women who genuinely get it
  • You’re weighing decisions about your relationship, family planning or future
  • You want company and information, not pressure

It’s probably not the right fit if you already know you want intensive one-to-one work right now — the Tokophobia Support Programme is built for that.

What’s inside

  • A community that gets it. Ask questions, share where you’re at, and be heard by women living the same thing — not advice from people who’ve never felt it.
  • A monthly live group call. Open, supportive conversation about how you’re feeling, what you’re wrestling with, and what’s next. (Likely to move to fortnightly as we grow, to cover timezones.)
  • Conversations with specialists. I bring in professionals who work in this area — EMDR and others — so you can hear different ways of working and find who might be right for you.
  • 20% off all Fearless Birthing digital programmes. So when you’re ready to go further, the way forward is open and more affordable. No pressure to take it.

Deliberately no homework and no content to “complete.” Just a space, and the people in it.

I had tokophobia myself. I know how lonely it is to carry this and feel like no one understands — and how much it changes things to find people who do. I built the Circle to be the room I wish I’d had: somewhere to think out loud, ask the questions you can’t ask anywhere else, and work out your own way through. Whenever you’re ready, it’s here.
— Alexia Leachman, founder of Fearless Birthing

Questions, answered

Is it really free to join?

Yes. The community is free to join on Skool. The paid Circle ($29/month) is an optional upgrade you choose from inside, if and when you want the monthly calls, the specialist conversations and the programme discount.

Do I have to be pregnant?

No. Many women here aren’t pregnant — some are avoiding or delaying pregnancy, some are still deciding. Wherever you are is welcome.

Is this therapy?

No. The Circle is a peer support community, not therapy or medical care. It’s a place to be heard and informed; if you’d like professional support, we’ll talk through the options together.

What happens on the calls?

Gentle, open conversation — how you’re feeling, what you’re working through, what you’re considering next. No pressure to speak or share before you’re ready.

Can I leave any time?

Yes. You can cancel the paid Circle whenever you like, and stay in the free community as long as you want.

When you’re ready, it’s here
